Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to run Velorin and to launch it — nothing more. We don't sell your data, and there are no advertising trackers in Velorin.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address and the role you pick — I DM, I Play, or Both. That's the whole form.
  • Accounts: if you hold a Velorin account, the sign-in information your provider shares with us (such as your name and email) and the credentials needed to authenticate you.
  • Your campaign content: the worlds, characters, notes, and other material you create in Velorin, stored so the console can run your campaigns.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser, and timestamps) used for security, rate limiting, and keeping the service running.

How we use it

  • To operate the service — sign you in, save your campaigns, and keep them yours.
  • To run the launch — waitlist updates and invitations, sent to the address you gave us.
  • To protect the service — detecting abuse and enforcing rate limits.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Velorin runs on a small set of infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and (for launch mail) email delivery — who process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.

Cookies

Sign-in uses session cookies so the console knows it's you. The public landing page and the waitlist form don't depend on tracking cookies.

Your choices

  • Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing never affects an account you hold.
  • You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or your account data, and we will.
  • Campaign content you delete in the app is removed from the live service.

Children

Velorin is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes & contact

If our practices change, this page changes with them, and material changes will be announced to the waitlist before they take effect. Velorin is in pre-launch: a dedicated contact address will be published here when our domain goes live. Until then, this page is the current, complete statement of our practices.
